is my piece dishwasher safe?

goobs ceramics pieces are dishwasher safe, although handwashing is preferred whenever possible. if you choose to use the dishwasher, please handle your ceramics carefully to avoid damages.

how long does my order take to ship?

all pieces are made-to-order and will ship 4-5 weeks from when a pre-order closes.

what is your return policy? 

all orders are final sale unless there are damages due to shipping. please complete my contact form within 7 business days of delivery to process a replacement order. replacements pieces will not be shipped if the credit card transaction is disputed with your bank.

do you offer international shipping? 

yes! international shipping is offered to a limited selection of countries. if you reside in a country that is not listed below, please fill out a contact form to determine if shipping can be set up. shipping to the united kingdom is not available at this time.

what countries do you ship to? 

australia, austria, canada, belgium, denmark, finland, france, germany, ireland, italy, netherlands, new zealand, norway, portugal, spain, sweden, and switzerland.

will there be import fees or tax on my international order? 

your shipment may be subject to tax, import fees, or customs charges upon arrival at customs. goobs ceramics is not responsible for any additional fees. please take that into account when placing your order and familiarize yourself with your country’s import fees and regulations.
