is my piece dishwasher safe?
goobs ceramics pieces are dishwasher safe, although handwashing is preferred whenever possible. if you choose to use the dishwasher, please handle your ceramics carefully to avoid damages.
how long does my order take to ship?
all pieces are made-to-order and will ship 4-5 weeks from when a pre-order closes.
what is your return policy for ceramics?
all ceramic orders are final sale unless there are damages due to shipping. please complete my contact form within 7 business days of delivery to process a replacement order. replacements pieces will not be shipped if the credit card transaction is disputed with your bank.
what is your return & exchange policy for merch?
I want you to love your goobs merch. If something's not right, here's how I handle it:
Exchanges accepted within 7 days of delivery for a different size, subject to availability. Item must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original packaging.
Reach out to help@goobsceramics.com with your order number and what you'd like to exchange for.
I don't offer refunds to original payment, but I'm happy to issue store credit for exchanges outside of a straightforward size swap.
Customers are responsible for return shipping costs on exchanges. If you received a damaged, defective, or incorrect item, a prepaid label will be provided. If you received a damaged item or the wrong item, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with a photo of the issue. I'll replace it (subject to availability) or issue a full refund.

do you offer international shipping?
yes! international shipping is offered to a limited selection of countries. if you reside in a country that is not listed below, please fill out a contact form to determine if shipping can be set up. shipping to the united kingdom is not available at this time.
due to the high costs of return shipping and customs fees, i do not accept returns on international orders. if an issue arises with your order, please contact me within 5 days of your delivrey so i can help find a resolution. while i’m unable to accept returns, i may offer a replacement, store credit, or partial refund depending on the situation and if inventory at the time.
what countries do you ship to?
australia, austria, canada, belgium, denmark, finland, france, germany, ireland, italy, netherlands, new zealand, norway, portugal, spain, sweden, and switzerland.
will there be import fees or tax on my international order?
your shipment may be subject to tax, import fees, or customs charges upon arrival at customs. goobs ceramics is not responsible for any additional fees. please take that into account when placing your order and familiarize yourself with your country’s import fees and regulations.
